Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the Village Lodge Front Office team during shifts and support management in delivering excellent guest experiences.

The role requires supervising front desk staff, participating in training, and stepping in for managers when needed. A strong background in hotel front desk operations and night audit is essential, with flexibility for day and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk operations.
• Supervisory experience.
• Ability to work day and evening shifts.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with front desk systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Village Lodge Front Office Representatives during assigned shifts.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.
• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods when other Management Team members are not available.
