Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk roles with a guest-focused approach.
• Proficiency with reservation systems and front desk software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk, reservations, and bell staff.
• Ensure daily tasks from checklists are completed.
• Greet guests, check in/out, and manage postings of transactions.
• Handle payments and issue mail/messages to guests.
• Take reservations and provide directions/answers to guest questions.
