Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to support daily front desk operations at Embassy Suites by Hilton Detroit Troy Auburn Hills in Troy, MI. You will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience and assist in training front desk staff.

You will supervise front desk agents, manage guest reservations, address guest concerns, and report to the Front Office Manager. This role reflects our Culture of Excellence and offers opportunities for career growth across the company.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
