Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast seeks a VIP Services Representative to deliver personalized guest experiences. You will be the friendly link between Guests, Hosts, Marketing, and the Players Club, coordinating VIP reservations, hotel stays, events, dining, and other arrangements.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced casino environment while protecting guest privacy and data integrity.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required; customer service experience a plus.
Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Ability to type accurately and maintain confidentiality of guest data.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary VIP contact via phone, inbound calls, and in person on the casino floor.
Coordinate VIP reservations, hotel stays, events, dining, and other guest arrangements.
Collaborate with Hosts, Marketing, and Players Club to deliver personalized experiences.
Maintain records, manage guest data, and ensure compliance with policies.
