Job summary

Kingston Resorts at Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach is hiring for a full-time Front Office Supervisor. You will oversee front desk operations, guest check-in/check-out, lobby flow, and rate availability, while ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office operations or hotel guest services.
• Ability to supervise and assign tasks to front desk staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and supervise front office staff performance, including check-in/check-out, lobby flow, and room rates.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support and train team members in guest services and issue resolution.
• Schedule daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, and monitor staff performance.
• Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing as needed.
