This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a guest-centric mindset. You will train staff, manage guest requests, and coordinate with other teams to maximize service quality and efficiency on a yearly schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service excellence in a hotel setting.
• Proven ability to supervise front desk or guest services staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel systems would be a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a polished appearance per brand standards.
• Experience building guest relations and handling inquiries professionally.
• Proactive problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk operations and guest services for a busy property.
• Coach and supervise front office team to deliver outstanding service.
