Fairfield Inn Atlanta Airport is seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to ensure exceptional guest service during the 3pm–11pm shift at the front desk. The role emphasizes payroll planning, scheduling, and coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering and Banquets to maintain smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

• College degree in Hotel Administration; 2-3 years hotel management/supervisory experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, bell, and van drivers to ensure guest service excellence.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy forecasts.
• Monitor payroll and budget alignment.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Banquets departments.
• Lead by example to uphold AURO Hotels service standards.
