Pullman and Mercure Brisbane King George Square is currently seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join their professional and dynamic Hotel.


Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, with regular access to the Hotel Manager, your primary responsibility is ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.

    As Front Office Supervisor, your tasks and responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing exceptional guest service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
  • Participating in & conducting training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality.
  • Maintaining procedures & documentation.

Qualifications

Your ability to ‘surprise’ our guests with your natural bright and bubbly customer service style is what sets you apart from the rest. You are naturally a confident person who is able to approach people and initiate conversation.

You are able to manage your time and can handle juggling numerous tasks at once and have experience in managing large airline crew movements.

You have experience in Opera, Microsoft Word and Outlook. You will hold a Senior First Aid Certificate and an open manual driver's licence. You will be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends, overnight and Public Holidays as per our business demands.
