Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional to join us as a Front Desk Supervisor. In this role, you will lead our front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth operations and memorable guest experiences. If you have high energy, enthusiasm, and strong leadership skills, this is your opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  2. Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide outstanding customer service
  3. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
  4. Train and onboard new front desk staff
  5. Ensure accuracy of guest reservations and billing
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve experiences
  7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  8. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Effective communication skills with the public and team members
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Minimum six months of front desk experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
