EyeCare Partners in the United States is seeking a Front Office Specialist to be the first point of contact and to help deliver a world class Total Patient Experience in a clinical setting.

You will handle check-in/out, answer phones, schedule, verify insurance, and support patient flow while complying with HIPAA and office policies. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a role interacting with customers or the equivalent.
• Background check per state requirements.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Embrace the Total Patient Experience and build relationships with patients.
• Provide excellent service when interacting with patients in person or by phone.
• Greet patients professionally and thank them as they leave.
• Answer phones and ensure courteous service at all times.
• Manage patient flow, schedule, check-in/out, and payments according to procedures.
• Verify insurance authorizations and maintain accurate flow sheets.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and general office duties as assigned.
