EyeCare Partners in New Jersey is seeking a Front Office Specialist to be the first point of contact and help deliver a world class Total Patient Experience. You will perform administrative tasks to ensure a smooth check-in/out and maintain professional patient interactions.

The ideal candidate has medical office experience, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to HIPAA compliance. This role supports a busy clinic and offers full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred, especially optometry/ophthalmology.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Background check favorable as required by state.
• Must provide identity and work eligibility in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Total Patient Experience and build patient relationships.
• Provide exceptional service during every patient encounter (in person or by phone).
• Greet patients promptly, maintain a professional demeanor and express thanks at checkout.
• Answer external and internal calls, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Manage patient flow to maximize efficiency and communication.
• Complete daily reconciliations and cash handling.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.
