A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist at their Quakertown office. This full-time position involves managing patient check-ins and appointments, as well as supporting front desk operations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of medical terminology.
*FULL TIME POSITION*
Responsible for checking in and checking out patients. Answering phones. Scheduling appointments. Handling point of service collections. Support front desk operations.
For full-time applicants: Quakertown site of service 3 days a week. Bethlehem site of service 2 days a week.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service abilities. Proficiency in computer systems. Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures. Experience with electronic health records and insurance verification is preferred. Driver's license.
