What will you be doing in this role?...

  1. Greet all individuals entering the facility, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
  2. Issue visitor passes and strictly adhere to security protocols.
  3. Assist in placing orders for office and breakroom supplies for the assigned location.
  4. Assist with on-site events by liaising with multiple teams, organizing setup and teardown of rooms, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
  5. Support colleagues and suppliers by providing assistance and following location-specific processes.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of community spaces, including shared workstations, collaboration areas, and meeting rooms.
  7. Receive and distribute mail according to location-specific protocols.
  8. Receive and route various service requests and issues from colleagues, contractors, and suppliers using internal management systems.

About the Team

The Global Real Estate and Facilities team is made up of 40+ colleagues across 12 countries. We provide day-to-day facility management support, ensure the safety and sustainability of our offices, and provide strategic support and analysis on the effectiveness and utilization of our offices.

Hours of Work

Onsite role working 20 to 25 hours a week, Monday through Friday, based out of our Philadelphia, PA office.
