As the Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first and last person patients interact with, helping create an exceptional experience for every child and family who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Greet, check‑in patients, and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility

• Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
• Monitor and maintain dental office supplies
• Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area
