Job summary

Kids Dental Brands’ Ohio Kids Dental (Cuyahoga Falls) is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our upbeat, family-focused team. You’ll educate patients, support preventive care, and help children build healthy habits in a fun, kid-friendly office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active Ohio Dental Hygiene license.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, seating, draping, and soothing patient
• Record observations about the child’s dental health, including notes on any infections or other problems that may require attention
• Examine gums to assess levels of periodontal disease
• Maintain instrumentation by sterilizing and sharpening instruments
• Applying fluorides and other dental decay prevention agents
• Provide quality patient care and education regarding tooth and gum care
