Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician office.
• Sign on bonus is for new hires only.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients entering the practice.
• Manages office communications, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Checks in patients, verifies insurance, and enters demographics into the electronic system.
• Collects co-pays and posts charges.
• Explains the patient portal and assists with patient enrollment.
