Works under the general direction of a physician or their designee, leveraging communication and management skills to coordinate seamless care delivery for patients in surgical or non‑surgical settings. Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring access to health care throughout the patient journey at the clinic.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical/healthcare setting or 2 years in a customer service role.
• Experience delivering high‑level customer service in a fast‑paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

Salary

Base pay range: $22.44 – $34.33 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
