Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check clients in, ensuring a friendly, professional experience.
• Handle phone calls and maintain effective communication.
• Manage insurance processes with attention to detail.
• Provide scheduling and records maintenance support.
• Maintain a clean, inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Support telehealth services and participate in team collaboration.
• Potentially train in TMS and help onboard new staff.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to positive client care.
