Job summary

The role may oversee the breakfast and F&B areas to maintain service standards and efficiency.

You will collaborate across departments, manage budgets, and drive profitability while maintaining OHM brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, management, or business.
• Two-year supervisory experience, one-year line level experience, OR an equivalent level of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services to ensure high standards.
• Supervise front desk staff during shifts, including training and performance management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, sales, and engineering to maximize RevPAR and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cash handling, security, and emergency procedures are followed.
• Support sales efforts and participate in property revenue meetings.
