Job summary

Symetria Recovery is seeking a Patient Service Representative Lead to standardize front office operations across our clinics in Illinois.

You will travel to sites, train staff, and optimize patient flow while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and financial policies. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate data handling, and cross-functional collaboration with program directors and support teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• 3–5 years in healthcare operations, patient access, or OTP setting.
• Experience training, mentoring, or leading staff.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Excellent customer service and organization.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and valid IL driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with exceptional service.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules.
• Maintain patient records and EMR documentation.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training for front office staff.
• Travel to clinic locations to support staffing and openings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and high patient satisfaction.
