You will work under the Clinic Administrator, ensuring accurate data in the EHR, handling insurance verification, and guiding patients through services with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; MA certification preferred.
• MA experience and healthcare office background desired.
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; manage check-in/check-out with excellent service.
• Triages walk-ins and emergencies per clinic policies.
• Register patients, verify insurance, collect payments, and update EHR.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with care teams for daily operations.
• Support event registration and community outreach activities in-clinic.
