Job summary

Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the night audit and front desk operations, serving as the on-duty manager from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The role is part-time, with two nights per week committed to night shift and additional front desk coverage during other hours.

You will balance daily transactions, run required reports, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining brand standards and guest service excellence in a busy Dallas-area hotel.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have the work permit and proper paperwork to be employed in the USA.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles is helpful.
• Must be able to problem-solve and troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond to emergency situations.
• Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night audit and front desk operations as manager on duty 11 pm–7 am.
• Balance daily revenue and cashiering tasks and complete nightly procedures.
• Run required reports for audits and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain front office systems and records per company standards.
• Ensure safety procedures and professional guest service throughout the shift.
