Job summary

Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet guests, check them in and out, and maintain excellent guest relations. The role requires strong communication, MICROS system proficiency, and the ability to work with hotel front office staff to ensure smooth operations.

The candidate should have experience with front desk operations, be able to handle guest inquiries, and maintain a courteous, responsive service mindset throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• FSPMS experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Prolonged desk work and computer use.
• Must be able to lift 10-25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly checking them in and out of the hotel.
• Maintain proper staffing levels for front office, including interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling front desk staff.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction and complete investigation when needed.
• Accurately operate the MICROS front office system and manage daily transactions.
