Job summary

Eternal Hotels LLC is seeking a Front Office Manager to ensure smooth, guest-focused operations at our Pendleton-area properties. You will lead and train Front Office staff, maintain professional guest interactions, and coordinate with hotel leadership to uphold service standards.

The role requires prior Front Office Manager experience in hotels, familiarity with Choice Hotels brands, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Prior hotel Front Office Manager experience.
• Experience with Choice Hotels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train Front Office staff.
• Ensure the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests.
• Deal with guests and their requests.
• Arrange staff scheduling.
• Act as liaison between General Manager and staff.
• The Front Office is the area where guests form first and last impressions; work to create a pleasant experience.
