Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Manager for Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. You will lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold brand standards in a luxury boutique setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a Front Office Manager role within hotels, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills; IHG brand experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a hotel.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• IHG brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office Operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Manage Front Office Team, including training, coaching and support.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and anticipate issues to maintain high service levels.
