Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience leading a Front Office team in a service-focused hotel or resort
• Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• College degree preferred
• Strong computer skills and experience with PMS systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations and lead the team to deliver the Wanderlust guest experience
• Manage monthly budget and contribute to financial performance of the hotel
• Develop and mentor Front Desk Agents
• Ensure training materials are in place and used
• Implement coaching, career planning and recognition programs for associates
• Monitor room inventory, rate plans, and occupancy to maximize revenue
• Lead by example to ensure professional guest interactions and WOW moments
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Interact with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed
