Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for The Phelps with 134 guest rooms and 5,039 sq ft of event space. You will lead the front desk team, handle guest check‑ins, fulfill requests, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Prior hotel experience is preferred, and candidates should be outgoing, highly communicative, and comfortable in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, and fulfill special requests.
• Resolve problems and wow guests through recovery when needed.
• Supervise daily shift process and ensure SOP adherence.
• Pre-assign rooms including VIPs, repeat guests, packages, and special requests.
• Train and coach front desk team to ensure a quality operation.
• Maintain the Market Shop inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs and assist other departments as needed.
