Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC’s Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain is seeking a Hotel Front Office Manager to lead the front desk and related operations in Frisco, CO. You will supervise team members, ensure brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while maximizing RevPAR and profitability.

Join our on-site team in the Colorado mountains and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage schedules, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in hotel operations.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to manage budgets, RevPAR and departmental profitability.
• Familiarity with brand standards and front office processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk team including recruitment, training and evaluations.
• Maintain OHM and brand standards of service quality.
• Manage revenues/expenses for guest services and control costs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
• Participate in property revenue meetings and budgeting.
