Position Summary: The Front Office Manager is responsible for supervising all front office personnel and ensuring all duties are properly completed.

Essential Functions
  1. Participates in the selection of front office personnel
  2. Trains, cross-trains, and retains front office staff
  3. Schedules staff according to budget and GM guidance
  4. Supervises workloads during shifts
  5. Evaluates employee performance
  6. Maintains communication with all departments
  7. Maintains master level key control
  8. Ensures accurate rooms status updates and communication
  9. Resolves guest issues promptly and courteously
  10. Manages group information and requirements
  11. Reviews credit limits and enforces policies
  12. Conducts meetings and audits for standards compliance
  13. Upholds brand and company standards
  14. Manages accounts receivable and cash accounts
Qualifications
  1. At least two years of hotel or related experience, or a college degree with one year of experience
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar
  3. Supervisory experience preferred
  4. Experience with hotel systems like PMS, M3, Efficenter, Quore preferred
  5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  6. Fluent in English
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Basic math, problem-solving, supervision, and motivation skills
  9. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
