The purpose of the Front Office Manager is to oversee all areas of operation relating to the guest experience for Reservations, Front Desk, and Ideal Services.

  • Maintain standards of guest services and a consistent guest experience as documented by JD Power, Medallia and AAA ratings.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the Front Desk and Reservations departments to maximize guest-room utilization, high occupancies, and minimal overbooking. Ensure accuracy of records with open communication across departments.
  • Manage rate structures through Reservations and Front Office salesmanship to meet or exceed hotel revenue and average rate goals.
