We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure every guest feels right at home.

Primary Purpose:

The Front Office Manager's main goal is to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures related to the Front Office Department, including brand-specific and Atrium standards.

Work Performed:

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing direct reports, ensuring understanding of employment practices, supporting performance management, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Ensuring associates meet guest needs and respond appropriately to concerns and escalations.
  • Creating a top-tier guest experience through engagement, courteous service, anticipating needs, and fostering loyalty.
  • Coordinating with other departments to provide efficient and timely services.
  • Meeting financial goals by managing labor costs, controlling expenses, and driving revenue initiatives.
  • Performing or assisting with cleaning duties to meet Cleanliness Assured Standards.
  • Monitoring revenue performance and recommending initiatives to enhance revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Implementing approved changes to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Serving as Manager on Duty as needed.
  • Performing other duties as required to fulfill the role's primary purpose.

Qualifications:

Required Prior Experience:

  • At least 2 years of front desk experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Prior Experience:

  • 2 years of night audit experience.

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Required Technology Skills:

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift.

Other Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
