A Front Office Manager is responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As Front Office Manager, you will oversee all Front Office operations to maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing guest service, registration, room inventory, and availability.
  2. Monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, and evaluations.
  3. Assessing service and satisfaction trends, addressing issues, and implementing improvements.
  4. Ensuring compliance with company standards.
  5. Greeting guests, responding to inquiries and requests, and resolving concerns promptly.
  6. Implementing up-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
  7. Ensuring team members are knowledgeable about hotel services, facilities, policies, and local area events.
  8. Completing audit procedures as needed.
  9. Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
