Job summary

TPI Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager in Minnesota to lead the front desk and guest services. This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability and prior hotel experience.

Knowledge of reservations, guest relations, and front office operations is essential for delivering exceptional service across our portfolio of hotels and restaurants in the region.

Qualifications

• Hotel front office experience required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and schedule staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic interactions with guests.
• Train, schedule and support staff.
• Manage daily check-ins/check-outs, Reservations, and room availability.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and profitability.
• Work closely with the General Manager to meet operational goals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay or shift range: $50,000 USD to $60,000 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
