Job summary

TPI Hospitality is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician in Minnesota to perform preventive maintenance, respond to requests, and inspect guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.

The role involves fixing plumbing leaks, electrical issues, lighting, kitchen appliances, and assisting with painting and drywall. You will help keep a safe environment for guests and staff while multitasking in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or facilities preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs
• Conduct regular inspections on guest rooms, public areas, and equipment
• Fix plumbing leaks, electrical issues, lighting, kitchen appliances and assist with painting, drywall repair, flooring, etc.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and associates
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
