Job summary

TPI Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk associate in Minnesota for a full-time role with a flexible 3-11pm shift. Pay is based on experience, and the position offers opportunities to contribute to a guest-focused team within a growing hospitality group.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls and emails, helping with reservations, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. This role supports our mission to create win-win outcomes for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage emails and inquiries efficiently.
