Job summary

TPI Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a welcoming breakfast experience for guests across Minnesota and Florida locations. You will engage with guests, prepare and serve breakfast items, and maintain a clean breakfast area with energy and a proactive attitude.

Ideal candidates will enjoy early mornings, be able to stand for long periods, and contribute to a positive team environment in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Energetic, guest-focused personality with strong communication.
• Able to work early mornings and weekends with flexible hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards.
• Greet guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area.
• Refill buffet items and ensure food stations are well-stocked.
• Monitor and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the breakfast service area.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Pay or shift range: $15 USD to $17 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Schedule

Monday-Friday serving shifts plus weekend breakfast buffet attendant shifts. Approximately 3-4 days per week. Candidate must be willing to perform both roles.
