At Sagora Senior Living, the Associate Executive Director supports resident experience functions within the community and fills the business office role. This position reports to the Executive Director, who manages financial, human resources, and operational aspects of the community.

Status: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Executive Director and act as the leader in their absence, guiding residents, families, and team members.
  2. Build relationships with residents and families.
  3. Oversee resident customer service operations, including dining, housekeeping, concierge, and business office services.
  4. Assist with budget management.
  5. Prepare and submit reports.
  6. Participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating staff.
  7. Perform administrative support functions.
  8. Collaborate on marketing and community management.
  9. Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
  10. Be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
  11. Work weekends and holidays as part of rotation.
  12. Perform additional duties as needed.

Skills and Requirements:

  1. At least one year of management experience in senior housing, hospitality, or service industries.
  2. Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Interest in working with senior adults.
  4. Ability to solve operational and personnel challenges.
  5. Valid driver’s license and meeting driving standards.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Complete background checks and health screenings as required.
