We are seeking an engaging, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the Front Desk and Night Audit teams, focusing on guest and associate satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Front Office to meet brand standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire Front Office staff.
  • Set departmental goals and organize work priorities.
  • Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with team members.
  • Oversee inventory of supplies and uniforms.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and develop staff.
  • Manage budgets, operating statements, and payroll.
  • Ensure adherence to credit and cash policies and monitor house count.
  • Uphold brand service standards and ensure excellent guest service.
  • Greet VIP guests and coordinate special services.
  • Review Night Audit reports and resolve issues promptly.
  • Address guest concerns proactively and set a positive example.
  • Support management of occupancy, rates, wages, and expenses.
  • Identify service issues and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year of Front Desk supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable, able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Proficiency with common computer software.
  • Willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
