As Guest Relations Manager, you will oversee the training, coaching, and daily operations of the hotel's guest services functions, including the front desk, reservations, audit, and overall guest services.
You’ll work side-by-side with the TEAM to ensure smooth daily operations while setting the tone for an outstanding guest experience. Through hands-on leadership, you’ll demonstrate what exceptional hospitality looks like and inspire your TEAM to deliver the same level of service.
$70,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
