Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Manager in Jackson Hole, WY. You will oversee the Front Office and Concierge teams, uphold high service standards, and promote the Hotel Terra service culture.

You will lead operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest activities to maximize guest satisfaction. We value hiring, training, and coaching strong staff with a positive, can-do mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar size hotel (132 rooms) and leading a team of 12.
• Experience in full-service hotel operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office and Concierge departments to maintain high service standards.
• Participate in check-in/check-out, reservations and guest activities.
• Manage teams to maximize guest experience and achieve daily objectives.
• Communicate with guests in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
