Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Front Desk Agent in Jackson Hole, WY. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out and respond to guest requests with a positive and proactive attitude.

The position offers starting pay of $21 per hour on a BOE basis, with competitive medical benefits, a 401(k), flexible schedules, gym access, bus pass, employee meals, spa and restaurant discounts, ski pass discounts and onsite ski storage.

The Job

As the Front Desk Agent, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the face of the arrival team. In this position, you will assist our guests with check-in, out and any request they have during their stay. Your standard response will become “yes, absolutely!”.
