Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience required.
• Must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve with team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: ensure guest satisfaction and responsive service recovery.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: assist in scheduling and budgeting to maximize profitability.
• People Management and Training: support hiring, coaching and training of staff.
• Self/Workload Management: maintain plans, meetings, and effective communication.
• Safety/Risk Management: conduct routine inspections and uphold safety standards.
