Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager for the Boston Marriott Burlington. You will lead the Front Office, Guest Services, and related functions to deliver a seamless guest experience in a high-volume setting.

The role requires 3+ years in front office leadership, supervisory experience, and strong Marriott systems proficiency. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel/resort front office leadership experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Marriott hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team, including supervisors and agents.
• Oversee daily front office operations (check-in/check-out, room assignments) and guest services.
• Drive service excellence, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage labor costs, payroll, and departmental budgets.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed.
