Qualifications

• Physical requirements: in-office role and ability to sit at a desk and use a computer (6–8 hours)

Responsibilities

• Staff and supervise front desk agents and PBX operators.
• Ensure front office staff coverage and training.
• Operate MICROS system and daily transactions.
• Check AM/PM discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping/Engineering on guest requests and maintenance.
• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly and professionally.
