Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Front Office Manager to directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure accurate, courteous guest service across the property.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff within budget, verify room statuses, and enforce cash handling policies while collaborating with other departments to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of progressive front desk or supervisory hotel experience.
• Experience with brand or property-specific PMS systems (M3, Efficenter, Quore).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and standard office software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office personnel and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff within budget and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate room status information and communicate it to teams.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and credit policies.
• Conduct regular front office meetings and QA brand standards audits.
• Maintain brand standards and interdepartmental collaboration.
