Raines Co. is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team and ensure flawless guest experiences at our hotel. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and uphold cash handling and brand standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of progressive hotel experience.
• Prior front desk and supervisory experience.
• Experience with brand or property-specific PMS.
• Familiar with M3, Efficenter, Quore, and other hotel systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all front office personnel.
• Train and cross-train front office staff; retain team.
• Schedule front office staff within budget guidelines.
• Maintain cash handling and credit policies.
• Ensure accurate rooms status and brand standards are upheld.
• Resolve guest problems quickly, courteously.
• Conduct regular front office meetings and audits.
• Maintain accounts receivable and 90-day policy.
