Job summary

Hilton West Palm Beach is seeking a Front Office Manager to join the management team at our 400-room resort-style property in downtown West Palm Beach, connected to the Palm Beach Convention Center. The role focuses on leading daily front office operations, guest service excellence, and staff development within Hilton’s OnQ environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in front desk operations, guest relations, and driving occupancy

Qualifications

• Experience managing front office operations and guest services.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience with Hilton OnQ system or similar property management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front office operations including guest service, registration, room inventory, and adherence to policies.
• Monitor and elevate service by tracking guest satisfaction and guiding improvements.
• Implement revenue initiatives and up-selling to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Provide regular updates and training to ensure the team is informed of offerings and local attractions.
• Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and promptly resolve concerns to uphold standards.
• Supervise and coach front office team, monitor performance and foster a productive work environment.
