Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the front desk and liaise with management.
• Coach Front Office Hosts and Guest Service Agents; ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Lead shift operations and maintain high service standards.
• Manage room inventory, VIPs, and special requests.
