Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeepers and housemen.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance concerns.
• Report repair needs promptly to maintenance or appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with front office and engineering regarding room availability and out-of-order status.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and supervision of housekeeping team members.
• Ensure adherence to brand and company cleanliness standards.
• Manage lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Assist with cleaning rooms or “over” rooms when necessary.
• Support department operations and step into other roles as needed.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Position Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment throughout the hotel. This role plays a key part in maintaining high guest satisfaction standards and supporting team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeepers and housemen
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance concerns
• Report repair needs promptly to maintenance or appropriate departments
• Collaborate with front office and engineering regarding room availability and out-of-order status
• Assist with scheduling, training, and supervision of housekeeping team members

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English (second language a plus)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work performed throughout the hotel property
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Use of cleaning equipment such as carts, vacuums, mops, and cleaning chemicals
