Meyer Jabara Hotels' Hilton Ocala is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and requests while upholding Hilton standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous hotel Front Desk experience.
• Hilton brand experience.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner and register them upon arrival.
• Process departures efficiently and accurately and handle payments.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Assist with group arrivals and departures and upsell rooms and services.
• Maintain logs and communicate information between shifts.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
